Pancit Bijon Guisado 1/2 Kilo bijon 1/4 kilo shrimp shelled 1/4 kilo pork shredded 1/4 kilo cabbage shredded 2 pcs carrot cut into julienne 2 pcs. onions 4 cloves garlic 1/3 cup soy sauce 1/2 tsp salt or according to taste 2 1/2 cup water 1/4 cup cooking oil Saute onions and garlic. Add the pork then shrimp. Mix in the carrots and cabbage. Add in the water and seasoning. Let it simmer then add the bijon which was washed and drained. Mix and cover.. Simmer until water is absorbed. Adjust the seasonings if necessary. Serve with calamansi or lemon and patis. note: sometimes i use oyster sauce as well as the soya sauce. it adds more taste to the noodles. Enjoy your pancit
